Each product is made to order, ensuring its uniqueness. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or due to a change of mind.
However, if you receive a product with a defect or a manufacturing error, we may be able to provide a free reprint or a full refund if the issue is reported within 21 days of delivery. To request assistance, please get in touch with us at cheesecakesbyrell@gmail.com and include a clear photo of the problem for review. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
